Opacity
< BACK TO OVERVIEW
Opacity settings allow you to change the transparency of your content on the canvas. You can set the opacity on two levels: elements and the backgrounds of elements.
Opacity for Elements
To style backgrounds, select an element and open the Styling panel. You will see Opacity in the Styling panel.
The opacity setting at this level controls the transparency of the element and of all its children. Setting opacity to 0% will make the element and its children completely transparent.
Note that when you set an element to opacity 0%, in the editor, a 'ghost' will still be shown to allow you to edit and see the element. In the published version the element will be completely transparent.
Opacity for a Background
When you add COLOR background, you can also define the transparency of this specific background. The transparency will only apply to the background.
