The overflow property helps you to define how your elements should behave when the content is too large to fit into the container box.
The minimum height property defines the minimum height of an element. If the content is smaller than the minimum height, the minimum height will be applied. If the content is larger than the minimum height, the min-height property has no effect. Note: This prevents the value of the height property from becoming smaller than min-height.

Minimum height of a text element is indicated by the red marker on the right of the element, and is also visible as 'mH' in the bottom panel.
Generally you will want to set the minimum height of a text box to a value less than the actual height of the box. Reasons being that if you recycle this layout to use on another page, you don't need to worry about empty space, as shown in the image beneath #4.
